Severina watches the economic calendar, world news and Trump's Truth Social posts, and warns you about sudden price shocks. This is advice: the bot keeps trading by its rules (in 5 years of tests, trades taken right after big price shocks did better than normal). The account owner (super user) can't be removed or disabled. Users can't change anything that trades on the MT5 account; admins can, except safety limits, keys and data, which only the owner can change. How to get a Telegram bot (2 minutes)
In Telegram, message @BotFather, send /newbot, and copy the token it gives you. Then send any message to your new bot and open https://api.telegram.org/bot<token>/getUpdates to find your chat id.
